Bivouac West Contracting specializes in silviculture and reforestation,in the northwestern coastal region of British Columbia, both mainland and Vancouver Island; is best known for handling projects, which require
intricate logistics and expert project management skills, especially in remote locations involving helicopters, boats, barges and hydroplanes. Bivouac West Contracting Ltd. was established in 1993 by Roland Emery to serve the forest industry in the Western Region of Canada.
